From HEATHROW Airport

	•	Option A - TAXI 1: Best for a group of 3 or more. Order a Private Hire Car to collect from Heathrow and bring you direct to your chosen flat. An Executive Car that will take 3-4 passengers will cost just over £50 or a people carrier for up to seven passengers plus luggage would be about £75. This will work out as the most cost effective option and probably the least stressful. I recommend Express Executive Cars (contact them on 00 44 207 403 3333). Bookings have to be made in advance and paid for by credit card. You will need to provide your flight arrival details at time of booking. The driver will be waiting for you in Airport Arrivals with a nameplate. The credit card that you used to make the booking should be shown to the driver as ID.

	•	Option B - TAXI 2: There are usually black cabs queuing for customers. The cost of the cab is metered and displayed inside the cab. Extra charges, such as evening and weekend journeys are also shown here. A journey into central London will cost in the region of £40. Tipping, about 10% of the fare is optional. Only use a reputable mini-cab and never use unauthorised drivers who offer their services at airports or stations. Each of Heathrow's terminals has an approved taxi desk.

	•	Option C - TRAIN: The Heathrow Express is the quickest way into central London. Trains leave Heathrow airport from approximately 05h15 until 23h23. Standard fares are £14 for a single ticket. Journey time is 15-20 minutes and the service is non-stop to Paddington station. The Heathrow Express calls the two stations serving the airport, one for Terminal 1-3 and the other for Terminal 4. Reduced fares are available if you book ahead. Then either a taxi (a Black Cab should be about £17-£20) or Tube to London Bridge. From there it is either a 5-6 minutes walk or if struggling with luggage a couple of minutes in a taxi (from outside the main station concourse)

	•	Option D - TUBE: Take the Underground to "London Bridge". From there it is either a 5-6 minutes walk or if struggling with luggage a couple of minutes in a taxi (from outside the main station concourse). The Piccadilly line connects Heathrow airport to central London and the rest of the Tube system. It is the cheapest way to travel but it takes a lot longer and is less comfortable than the Heathrow Express. There are trains every few minutes from approximately 05h00 (05h50 Sundays) to 23h45 (22h50 Sundays). A single ticket into central London (Zone 1) costs £3.80. Journey time to Piccadilly Circus is about 50 minutes. There are two Underground stations at Heathrow Airport, serving Terminals 1 to 5

	•	Option E - BUS: National Express runs frequent coach services between Heathrow's central bus station and Victoria Coach Station. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Standard tickets cost £10 single or £15 return. Services from Heathrow commence around 0530 and run until 21h30. Coaches from Victoria leave from around 07h15 until 23h30. When travelling by coach it is advisable to check details of the service and consider booking in advance, particularly at weekends or peak times. Also, allow plenty of time in case of road delays.
